Some delightful poem challenges for a creative mind...
Challenge #1: You'll need a piece of paper and a pen. Go outside and sit down somewhere comfy. Then try to come up with five different haiku's about your surroundings. Remember a Haiku has three lines with a 5,7,5 syllable pattern.
Challenge #2: Get a piece of paper and a pen. In the top right corner in a small font, write down three random things. Now use one thing for each poem. Write 3 limericks using your random things. This helps in trying to come up with more complicated poems with standards. So when your writing, when you have no rules, it will flow easier.
Challenge #3: Right now write down your current feelings on paper, small on the back or in a corner. Now sit down in a comfy spot and write a poem about what your feeling. Let it be as long as you'd like. Now write down the opposite of those feelings next to what you wrote before. Now make a poem about those feelings of the same length as your previous poem. Which was more enjoyable to write? Which one turned out better? Hmmmm.

Now take these and write a Diamonda poem, where these colors are conflicting each other, as if they were opposites. Vwala! A new poem! Now you can make even better ones with.
