Challenge #1: Get a partner and have them read off words from a dictionary. See how many tries it takes to get 10 of them right. HOWEVER each of them have to be AT LEAST seven letters long. If you do and try this many times and you can find your "average" correct-spelling rate and check out if or if not you need work on your spelling.
Challenge #2: Have someone else write down a list of seven-letter words. However these are scrambled words and your test is to see if you can unscramble. If you have a hard time, have whoever wrote these words down, write hints for whatever words you were having problems with.
Challenge #3: Go around the house, asking people to give you more or less complicated words then see if you can correctly write them. Do this for as long as you wish, possibly adding up the same words to create an average-rate for correct spelling. This also shows you can spell words commonly used "around the house". :)
(more possibly to come!)
